This is some good high level information for people looking for a light meter for photography. I work for a company that manufactures various measurement instruments - among them light meters. We often get inquries from customers asking if our meters are suitable for photography. I don't know the answer and hope you do.What specific functionality and specifications are common to photography light meters?
Hey, great shots here, I particularly like the one where the bride's holding the bouquet out to the camera, realy nice idea that, and one that I shall be using for sure! I'm shooting a wedding of a friend at the weekend at Skidby mill, been to scope it out already, looks like a lovely location, just wondered if there's anything I should watch out for?
Hi, thanks for the comment. Nothing in particular for you to watch out for, Millhouse is a great location with loads of hidden photographic gems to discover if you do the walkabout. Not sure if you'll get too much use from you 2600mm though!Good luck and have fun.
Hi thereHere is my comment - if you're shooting digitally and in colour, you're not shooting black and white. Meaning - you're not shooting FOR a black and white image. The end result may be monochromatic, but the difference is that if you're shooting FOR a black and white image, you're looking at things like geometry, light, shadow, and exposing differently than if you were shooting colour. Many people like black and white, but presenting black and white and shooting FOR black and white is totally different. The shot above, in my opinion, because of the b/w processing looks better in colour - more life.=)
this is just a faboulous shot, Andy although i've known you all your life, you never cease to amaze me with your expertise..... Cornelia will just love this, its bound to be one of her ''most favourite'' shots......

All the best Matty and Amy. Matty you have been an inspiration to me right from Springhead, even then your cheeky smile shone through the same as its shown on your wedding photos. I hope you find the strength and treatment to beat your horrible disease and wish you a long and prosperous marriage x Angie (Taylor)

The "baby" has been to work with me today, and received some amazing compliments. Everyone commented on how unique the album style is, and one colleague said it is THE best wedding album she's ever seen. They all asked which talented photographer is responsible for such a work of art!!
I was allowed to take the 'grandbaby' to work today and the reaction from all who saw it was "Wow!" Many said they'd never seen such a fabulous album! I've been singing your praises to everyone and I can only reiterate what Jo has already said. You made the day so stressfree, it was a pleasure to have you at 'our' wedding!
